Job Description

Social Media & Communication:

1. Develop and share engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories) related to CSR projects and sustainability efforts.

2. Manage and update social media pages dedicated to CSR initiatives.

3. Capture and showcase on-ground activities through photos, short videos, and interviews.

4. Support in writing social media captions, press notes, and blog posts for CSR campaigns.

5. Assist in creating monthly CSR highlights and performance reports.

Content Creation & Documentation:

6. Conceptualize and design creative posts, infographics, and visual stories that reflect the company's social impact.

7. Document CSR events, awareness programs, and employee engagement activities.

8. Collaborate with the CSR and communications team to maintain content consistency and brand tone.

9. Assist in developing short video scripts, newsletters, and success stories.

Community Engagement Support:

10. Help in promoting CSR initiatives within the company and on digital platforms.

11. Collect and curate testimonials, feedback, and stories from beneficiaries or volunteers.

12. Coordinate with event and CSR teams for coverage and promotion of campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Social Work, or related field.

2. Strong interest in CSR, sustainability, and social impact communication.

3. Basic knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).

4. Creative writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail.

5. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing tools (preferred).

6. Photography or videography skills are a plus.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
