We are looking for an experienced and result-driven

Sales Manager

to join our Home Loan & LAP division. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of retail mortgage products and proven experience in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate business for

Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP)

through

DSA, connectors, and open market channels

. Handle

customer acquisition

, lead generation, and conversion to achieve monthly business targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Ensure proper documentation, verification, and coordination with credit and operations teams. Conduct market mapping to identify potential customers and new business opportunities. Manage post-sales service and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate

in any discipline.

Minimum 2 to 4 years

of experience in

Home Loans / LAP

sales. Strong knowledge of mortgage products and local market network. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
