DESCRIPTION

The primary objective of the Security & Loss Prevention coordinator is to ensure the protection of people & assets of Amazon\'s facilities in accordance with global Security guidelines and Policies
The role is cross-functional and requires deep collaboration and influencing ability with stakeholders from business and corporate functions
To Assist Security Manager, in day to day activities, planning, sourcing and executing the process and procedure. The Security Coordinator along with Security Team works together to ensure and maintain high quality and timely support to the Operations of the organization
1. Security Operation

\xef\x83\x98 Reports - Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Half yearly and Annual
\xef\x83\x98 Security Team is ensuring that SLAs for all processes are being taken care of
\xef\x83\x98 All the Control Room systems are functioning properly
\xef\x83\x98 Patrolling Observations & Corrective action and follow ups
\xef\x83\x98 Daily Vehicle Movements
\xef\x83\x98 Ensure all posts are 4M & 5S compliant
2. Audits/Certifications
\xef\x83\x98 Keeping the plans & SOPs updated
\xef\x83\x98 Periodical Check of Documentation
\xef\x83\x98 Preparation of Documents for Internal & External Audits
\xef\x83\x98 Follow up on Lights, Hydrants, Emergency Exit door, & all access

\xef\x83\x98 Preventive maintenance Schedule for all Security Gadgets & its Improvements
\xef\x83\x98 Monthly Review Meeting with AMC Vendor and Updates
\xef\x83\x98 New Projects & Completion report
\xef\x83\x98 Reports - Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports

\xef\x83\x98 Reports & Follow ups Of Near Miss, Suspected Movements & Process violation at production
7. Loss Prevention Analysis
\xef\x83\x98 Working closely with ICQA team and do the analysis of all unreconciled ASINs
\xef\x83\x98 Quick Completion Investigation and submission of reports
\xef\x83\x98 Loss prevention audits and recommendations if any
\xef\x83\x98 Surprise Checks and submission of reports
\xef\x83\x98 Follow up & Completion of CAPA with regards to Concern areas
8. Security Stores and Assets
\xef\x83\x98 Maintenance of updated Assets list
\xef\x83\x98 Maintenance Schedule of Assets & Security Gadgets

Tiruvallur, TN, IND

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. University degree level or equivalent through experience and professional certification.
2. A minimum of 2-3 years in SLP department, law enforcement or security-related profession.
3. Experience in managing or coordinating security investigations
4. Knowledge of information security processes and systems.
5. Experience in security auditing.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Loss Prevention experience
2. Emergency Response / Crisis Management
3. Auditing and security investigations
4. Exposure to MNC culture and dynamics.
5. Professional certifications like CFE, CPP & PSP would be preferred
