Graduation with minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Security, Loss Prevention, Shrinkage, Asset Protection, Investigations, Inventory University degree level or equivalent through experience and professional certification. \xc3\x98 A minimum of 3- 5 years in law enforcement or security-related profession. \xc3\x98 Extensive and up to date knowledge of security equipment and technology. \xc3\x98 Experience in managing or coordinating security investigations of complex nature. \xc3\x98 Knowledge of information security processes and systems. \xc3\x98 Experience in security auditing. \xc3\x98 Exposure to MNC culture and dynamics.

The primary objective of the SLP Coordinator is to provide security services, investigation and asset protection in designated area of responsibility, assist in mitigating shipment loss, and maintain customer satisfaction in accordance with India Security and Loss Prevention guidelines and policies.

Key job responsibilities
The role is cross-functional and requires collaboration and influencing ability with stakeholders from business and operation functions. SLP Coordinator\'s day-to-day activities involve planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing and executing process and procedures laid down by the organization and the SLP function. SLP Coordinator will carry out the investigation, data analysis to identify the defect and take the corrective actions. Identify the potential pilferage opportunities and organized fraud and work closely with the concerned stakeholders to mitigate the causes of losses. Optimum utilization of the resources to ensure and maintain high quality and timely support to Business teams. Conduct risk assessment and process audit for the respective sites and work in accordance with the security policies and guidelines.

To Assist Security Manager, in day to day activities, planning, sourcing and executing the process and procedure. The Security Coordinator along with Security Team works together to ensure and maintain high quality and timely support to the Operations of the organization

\xc3\x98 Security Team is ensuring that SLAs for all processes are being taken care of
\xc3\x98 All the Control Room systems are functioning properly
\xc3\x98 Patrolling Observations & Corrective action and follow ups
\xc3\x98 Daily Vehicle Movements
\xc3\x98 Ensure all posts are 4M & 5S compliant

\xc3\x98 Periodical Check of Documentation
\xc3\x98 Preparation of Documents for Internal & External Audits
\xc3\x98 Follow up on Lights, Hydrants, Emergency Exit door, & all access

\xc3\x98 Monthly Review Meeting with AMC Vendor and Updates

7. Loss Prevention Analysis
\xc3\x98 Working closely with ICQA team and do the analysis of all unreconciled ASINs
\xc3\x98 Quick Completion Investigation and submission of reports
\xc3\x98 Loss prevention audits and recommendations if any
\xc3\x98 Surprise Checks and submission of reports
\xc3\x98 Follow up & Completion of CAPA with regards to Concern areas
8. Security Stores and Assets
\xc3\x98 Maintenance of updated Assets list
\xc3\x98 Maintenance Schedule of Assets & Security Gadgets

About the team
The Loss Prevention (LP) team is responsible for leading the effort to efficiently and effectively provide security services and asset (lives, buildings, equipment, inventory, data, and intellectual property) protection in a designated area of responsibility. Amazon\'s LP and shrink reduction efforts are supported by the Global Security Operations (GSO) team through the creation of an overall global strategy designed to optimize resources and leverage technology to mitigate product loss and maintain customer satisfaction
