Roles and Responsibilities:

Operate Slitting Machine:

Set up and run the slitting machine to cut jumbo rolls into smaller rolls as per job specifications, ensuring accurate width and alignment.

Quality Control:

Inspect materials during and after slitting for defects like uneven cuts, wrinkles, or tears, and ensure output meets quality standards.

Material Handling & Documentation:

Load/unload rolls safely, label finished goods correctly, and maintain production logs, wastage records, and shift reports.

Maintenance & Safety:

Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine, and strictly follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
