About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Slitting Machine Operator

to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of hands-on experience operating slitting machines in the flexible packaging industry. You will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining slitting machines to ensure high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor slitting machines to slit jumbo rolls into specified widths. Read and interpret job orders to determine specifications. Perform machine setup including loading rolls, adjusting blades, tension settings, and alignment. Inspect finished rolls for accuracy in size, alignment, and quality. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the machine and work area. Maintain production logs and report issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience operating slitting machines in the

flexible packaging industry

(e.g., BOPP, PET, CPP, Nylon films). Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations. Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of basic quality checks and safety standards. Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts if required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
