Responsible for managing the slimming department -- ensuring client satisfaction, achieving slimming & sales targets, and leading the team of dietitians and therapists.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client consultations and create personalized slimming plans.
Supervise and train slimming staff (dietitians/therapists).
Monitor client progress and maintain accurate records.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and client care.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
2-5 years' experience in slimming/wellness/beauty clinics.
Strong communication, team leadership & sales skills.
