Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the slimming department operations effectively. Supervise, train, and motivate slimming consultants, physiotherapists, and therapists. Conduct client assessments, design customized slimming programs, and track progress. Ensure adherence to clinic protocols, hygiene, and safety standards. Monitor client satisfaction and handle escalations when required. Work closely with doctors, dietitians, and therapists for integrated results. Drive revenue growth by achieving slimming department sales and service targets. Maintain proper documentation of client records and departmental reports. Stay updated with the latest slimming techniques, machines, and industry trends. Ensure staff discipline, roster planning, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Nutrition, Physiotherapy, Life Sciences, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in slimming, wellness, or healthcare industry. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and client relationship management. Knowledge of slimming therapies, body contouring, and weight management. Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet business targets. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
