Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the slimming and wellness department. Supervise and guide slimming consultants, therapists, and dieticians. Conduct client assessments, review progress, and recommend customized slimming programs. Maintain high standards of client care and ensure measurable outcomes. Achieve monthly targets related to client retention, conversion, and revenue. Train team members on product knowledge, treatment protocols, and sales techniques. Ensure adherence to company policies, hygiene, and safety standards. Handle client feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive promotional activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Physiotherapy, or Wellness Management (preferred). 3-5 years of experience in a slimming, wellness, or healthcare setup. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good knowledge of slimming therapies, body contouring, and wellness treatments. Proven ability to manage teams and achieve business goals. Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
