The Sales & Slimming Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the slimming department, ensuring smooth execution of slimming and weight-loss programs, and achieving sales targets. This role includes client consultations, designing customized slimming plans, conducting or supervising treatments, managing the slimming team, and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales ability, and expertise in weight management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the slimming & weight-loss department.
Conduct client consultations and create personalized slimming and diet plans.
Monitor and ensure effective execution of slimming treatments and protocols.
Lead, supervise, and train the slimming team to maintain service quality.
Drive sales through strong communication, persuasion, and counseling skills.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and documentation within the department.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall branch revenue.
Coordinate with other departments such as skin, laser, and wellness teams for holistic client care.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and resolve client concerns promptly.
Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of experience
in slimming, weight management, wellness, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in
Nutrition, Dietetics
, or relevant field.
Certification in slimming, nutrition, or weight management is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of slimming techniques, therapies, and wellness treatments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in project/operations management.
Ability to work effectively within a team and deliver high-quality client service.
