Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed client consultations and body assessments (BMI, fat %, measurements) Understand client lifestyle, medical history, and weight-loss goals Design personalized slimming/weight-loss treatment plans Provide guidance on diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes Explain clinic treatments such as inch loss, fat reduction, body contouring, etc. Counsel clients on achievable and realistic health goals Motivate and support clients throughout their weight-loss journey Track client progress and update medical/consultation records Coordinate with doctors, dieticians, therapists, and trainers Ensure safety, hygiene, and clinic protocol compliance Support the sales team in converting consultation into package sales Handle post-treatment follow-ups and feedback

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of weight loss methods, nutrition, and body composition Good communication and counseling skills Ability to motivate and guide clients positively Basic knowledge of exercise and body transformation programs Excellent interpersonal and listening skills Basic computer skills (MS Office/CRM)
