1. Consultation/Counselling new patients. Responsible for sales and in house bookings of the department.

2. Exceptional client service skills.

3. Adept sales experience. To interact with and monitor the progress of all clients.

4. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

5. To counsel all the clients not losing weight as required in co-ordination with the in-house dietitian and the trainer.

6. To ensure client satisfaction and maximize in/out-house bookings and sales.

7. To ensure package execution within the validity period devised according to the package. Reason of customer not renewing membership and taking corrective action on the sales

8. Collecting reference from the existing customer.

9. Checking & follow up that the references get converted into members

10. Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.

11. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

12. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

13. Assisting team management.

Working hours: Mon to Sat -10am-6 pm/ 11am-7pm/ 12pm- 8pm, Sunday off (Exceptions pre informed)
