Desired candidate profile :-
6- 10 yrs of Experience in Talent Acquisition
Should have lead a team of 4-5 Recruiters
Able to manage high volume workload and have a flexible approach.
Proven track record in Volume Hiring; ability to think outside the box, Solution centric approach
Must have exposure in ITES Background ( Preferably from Healthcare BPM industry)
