Senior Sales Development Representative
- Research, identify and prospect for new customers, including collecting information related to the prospect, prospect's company and industry, and compelling events to make effective and meaningful conversations.
- Nurture and qualify leads who have shown interest in our company's product or solution and have already engaged with our company through its marketing channels (Inbound sales prospecting).
- Reach out to potential customers who have never engaged with our company's product or solution, i.e., cold calling ; through phone, email and social media (outbound sales prospecting).
- Present our company to potential prospects and identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Take interested prospects through the demo stage of the sales pipeline and convert them to a sales qualified leads.
- Create a sales call script to qualify or disqualify leads and setup quality lead meetings for sales executives.
- Provide Account Executives with detailed notes on prospect interaction and deal insights to ensure the opportunity is understood and next steps are clearly defined during Sales Qualified Lead handover.
- Consistently achieve assigned lead generation quotas and performance goals
