Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations (50%):

Assist in daily clinic activities: client check-ins, inventory management, and treatment room preparation. Support senior estheticians/dermatologists during consultations and procedures. Maintain client records and ensure compliance with hygiene protocols. Handle front-desk duties: scheduling, payments, and customer inquiries.

Business Development & Research (50%):

Research major skincare brands (e.g., The Ordinary, CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, local leaders). Analyze competitor pricing, product innovations, and marketing strategies. Compile reports on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging ingredients. Support business growth initiatives and client retention programs. Assist in creating educational content for clients/social media.
Qualifications

Degree/diploma in

Skincare, Esthetics, Business, Marketing, or related field

1-2 years

of experience in skincare clinics, retail beauty, or market research (internships accepted).

Dual-interest

: Passion for skincare science + business strategy. Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Excel, Canva, and social media platforms. Exceptional communication skills (clients + team collaboration). Highly organized with acute attention to detail.
