Key Responsibilities

Conduct

theoretical and practical training sessions

in skincare and beauty therapy. Create and deliver

effective lesson plans

tailored to the curriculum.

Demonstrate professional techniques

such as facials, skin analysis, treatment procedures, and advanced services.

Mentor and guide students

during hands-on sessions, resolving queries and encouraging skill improvement. Stay updated with

latest trends, technologies, and products

in skincare.

Assess student performance

, provide constructive feedback, and prepare them for internal/external evaluations. Ensure hygiene, safety, and

professional standards

are maintained in training labs. Assist in

workshops, seminars or academy events

when required.

Qualifications & Skills

In-depth knowledge

of skin science, dermatology basics, and skincare treatments. Hands-on experience with

facials, skin treatments, and skincare tools

. Ability to prepare and present

lesson plans

clearly.

Strong mentoring and communication skills

for guiding students effectively. Excellent

interpersonal and coaching abilities

. Professional

certification/diploma

in cosmetology, skin aesthetics or related fields (preferred). Experience in the

beauty or wellness industry

is highly valued.
