Key Responsibilities
Conduct
theoretical and practical training sessions
in skincare and beauty therapy.
Create and deliver
effective lesson plans
tailored to the curriculum.
Demonstrate professional techniques
such as facials, skin analysis, treatment procedures, and advanced services.
Mentor and guide students
during hands-on sessions, resolving queries and encouraging skill improvement.
Stay updated with
latest trends, technologies, and products
in skincare.
Assess student performance
, provide constructive feedback, and prepare them for internal/external evaluations.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and
professional standards
are maintained in training labs.
Assist in
workshops, seminars or academy events
when required.
