Roles and Responsibilities:

Design & prepare institutional (salons & spas) educational material, training modules & programs Conduct pre-sales demos, post-sales training, and Aminu Days in salons & spas in the designated region Create educational content - blogs, videos, etc. for Aminu's branding activities Ideate and execute marketing initiatives focused on the salon industry in consultation with the management team Keep the management updated on similar product launches, competition, and market developments Support and mentor therapists, and managers in the assigned salons Overall, maintain a positive image and recall AMINU as a brand

Requirements:

Good communication skills Confident Fast-learner Experience in the cosmetic or skincare industry Can travel in the south side of India for demos and trainings CIDESCO certified is a plus

Location: Bangalore and South Region travel - on site work

Timings: 10AM TO 7PM

Working days: Monday to Saturday
