Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on skincare and facial treatments. Train on procedures such as clean-ups, facials, advanced facials, peels, and skin therapies. Educate trainees on skin analysis, consultation, and treatment planning. Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards during treatments. Evaluate trainee performance and provide regular feedback. Develop and update training modules based on industry trends and brand protocols. Guide trainees on product knowledge and correct usage. Maintain training tools, machines, and inventory. Coordinate with the academy/training team for schedules, assessments, and certifications. Support placements by assessing candidates' practical skills.

Skills & Qualifications:

Certification/Diploma in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or Skin Therapy (preferred). Strong knowledge of skin types, skin concerns, and treatment protocols. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Ability to train both freshers and experienced professionals. Strong organizational and classroom management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
