Training & Education

Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions on skincare products, treatment techniques, devices, and service protocols. Create and update training materials, including manuals, videos, presentations, and demonstrations. Onboard new staff with foundational skincare knowledge, product usage, and treatment guidelines. Conduct refresher trainings and competency assessments to ensure ongoing skill development.

Treatment Expertise

Demonstrate proper application of skincare products, facials, peels, and device-based treatments (e.g., microdermabrasion, LED, microneedling--depending on qualifications). Ensure all treatments adhere to safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards. Evaluate technicians' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Working days:- 6 days ( Rotensional week off)

Product Knowledge & Brand Representation

Maintain deep understanding of product formulations, ingredients, contraindications, and expected outcomes. Support retail teams with product education to enhance sales and customer experience. Participate in product launches, events, and promotional activities as a subject-matter expert.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Monitor adherence to treatment protocols and brand standards across locations or teams. Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensure requirements, and health and safety policies. Identify gaps in skills, knowledge, or procedures and recommend corrective actions.

Client & Team Support

Assist in handling complex client concerns related to skincare treatments or products. Provide guidance to service providers on customized treatment planning and skin analysis. Collaborate with management to improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
