Perform a variety of skincare treatments, such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced skincare procedures.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about skincare products, ingredients, and the latest industry trends.
Recommend and sell skincare products to clients based on their specific needs.
Education and Advice:
Educate clients on proper skincare practices and provide advice on maintaining healthy skin.
Offer guidance on post-treatment care and follow-up appointments.
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving skincare needs.
Address client concerns and ensure a positive experience throughout their skincare journey.
Sanitation and Hygiene:
Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and work area.
Follow established hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
Record-Keeping:
Keep accurate records of client information, treatment plans, and product recommendations.
Document any adverse reactions or issues during treatments.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other skincare professionals, including dermatologists and estheticians, to ensure comprehensive client care.
Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.
