Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed skin analysis and consultations with clients to identify their skin type and concerns. Perform a range of professional skin treatments, including: Facials and deep cleansing Exfoliation and peels Extraction and hydration treatments LED therapy, microdermabrasion, or other non-invasive procedures (if trained) Recommend home care routines and retail skincare products to clients. Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and progress. Ensure treatment rooms, tools, and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained according to hygiene standards. Stay updated on skincare trends, technologies, and product knowledge. Support sales goals by promoting skincare products and treatment packages. Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
