Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform skin analysis and customized facial treatments based on individual client needs. Conduct procedures such as deep cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, masks, peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive skin treatments. Recommend skincare regimens and retail products suitable for clients' skin types and conditions. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment area following health and safety regulations. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Stay updated on new skincare techniques, products, and equipment. Manage client records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards. Support marketing activities such as promotions, events, or social media content related to skincare. Work collaboratively with dermatologists or aesthetic doctors for advanced or medical-grade treatments. Maintain inventory of skincare products and treatment supplies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or Cosmetology (CIDESCO / CIBTAC / ITEC preferred). Proven experience as a Skin Therapist, Aesthetician, or Beauty Therapist. Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Attention to detail and ability to handle clients with care and sensitivity. Sales or product recommendation experience is an advantage.
