Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate

Skin Technician

to join our team at The Meridien Wellness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality skin treatments, consultations, and personalized care to clients. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct professional

skin analysis and consultations

to understand client needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Perform a variety of

skin care services

such as facials, peels, skin rejuvenation, and other advanced cosmetic treatments. Operate and maintain

skin treatment equipment and machines

with proper hygiene and safety protocols. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of

latest skin care trends, products, and techniques

. Educate clients on

skin care routines, products, and post-treatment care

. Maintain

accurate treatment records

and update client profiles. Ensure

cleanliness and sanitation

of work area as per company and industry standards. Upsell services and products to enhance client experience and meet sales targets. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a

seamless client journey

. Adhere strictly to

company policies and protocols

.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma/Certification

in Skin Care, Cosmetology, or related field from a recognized institute.

1-3 years of experience

as a skin technician or aesthetician in a wellness center or dermatology clinic. Knowledge of

skin anatomy, common skin concerns, and advanced treatment methods

. Experience with skin treatment machines such as

laser devices, microdermabrasion, and RF machines

is an added advantage. Excellent communication and

customer service skills

. Professional, well-groomed, and client-centric attitude. Ability to

maintain confidentiality

and build trust with clients. Willingness to

work flexible hours

, including weekends and holidays if required.
