We are hiring a

Technical Trainer & Educator

with strong skincare knowledge to lead trainings, build salon partner relationships, and support brand advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct product demos and hands-on training sessions

Lead education programs for new and existing salon partners

Collaborate with internal teams to align training with business goals

Represent the brand in client meetings and build lasting relationships

Inspire and empower partner teams through continuous learning

Requirements:

Solid understanding of skincare (CIDESCO preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

1-2 years of experience or knowledgeable freshers welcome

Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.
