Job Title: Skin Clinic Manager ( Female)

Location- Noida Sector 36

Job Summary-

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Skin Clinic Manager to join our team at our Noida Sector 36 location. As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skin clinic, leading a team of staff, and ensuring exceptional patient care and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities-

- Patient counselling and sales: Provide expert advice to patients on skin care and treatment options, and promote clinic services to drive sales growth.

- Staff management: Lead and manage a team of clinic staff, including receptionists, nurses, and aestheticians.

- Operations management: Oversee clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.

- Customer satisfaction: Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service and follow-up.

- Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, treatment plans, and financial transactions.

- Marketing and promotions: Support marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Requirements-

- Bachelor's degree preferred .

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare management or derma clinic.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic computer skills .

Salary and Benefits-

- Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month + incentives

- Job timing: 10am - 8pm
