Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for liasoning with Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department, Maharashtra State, National Skill Development Corporation, Sector Skill Council, Maharashtra State Skill Development Society and other state skill development missions, National Urban Livelihood Mission, Other State Urban Livelihood Missions and other related government agencies.

• Responsible for ensuring uploading the data of youth enrolled under NSDC, MSSDS or other projects on Skill India Portal or any other portal as per the requirement of the government agency

• Responsible for end to end batch management (Including enrolment, attendance, assessments, course completion and certification for the youth enrolled under the NSDC, MSSDS or other projects on Skill India Portal or any other portal as per the requirement of the government agency

• Ensuring uploading of accurate and authentic data for certification of the trained youth and ensuring timely issuance of certificates

• Responsible for ensuring that the compliance requirements of the partnerships with NSDC, MSSDS or other government projects/ agencies for skilling and placement are met with in a timely manner

• Ensuring that the targets for enrolment, completion and placement of youth are achieved in timely manner as per the commitment to NSDC, MSSDS or any other government agency which the Lighthouse Communities is affiliated with

• Responsible for for liaising with all the stakeholders and coordinating the monitoring visits, inspections, centre audits conducted by NSDC, MSSDS or other government agency which the Lighthouse Communities is affiliated with.

• Responsible for submission of monthly/ quarterly/annual reports as per the requirements of\'NSDC, MSSDS, or other government agency which the Lighthouse Communities is affiliated with

• Responsible for liasoning with Sector Skill Councils or other relevant agencies for affiliation, certification of trainers, etc.

• Responsible for sharing updates in review meetings on government affiliations to the Senior Management.

• Responsible for coordinating with Finance department for timely payment of affiliation fees and other charges as per the requirements of the government partnerships

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with the branding guidelines of NSDC MSSDS or any other government agency which the Lighthouse Communities is affiliated with

• Responsible for getting various centres of Lighthouse Communities onboarded on Skill India Portal, or any other portal as per the requirements of NSDC MSSDS or any other government agency which the Lighthouse Communities is affiliated with

• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

Who we are looking for:

• Education : Preferably a commerce Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA

• Experience: Minimum 5 years required with at least 2 years of experience preferably in managing government partnerships for skilling, placements and livelihoods

• Excellent understanding of government ecosystem for skilling, entrepreneurship and livelihoods

• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel) and Google docs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Good administrative skills required

• Willingness to travel within state or outside as per the requirements of the project

• Eye for detail

• Good data management skills

• Proactive and Positive Approach

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9600,000.00 - 9700,000.00 per year Benefits:
