Key Responsibilities:
Daily preparation of paneer and ghee
Preparation of sweets as per traditional and modern recipes
Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Managing raw material usage and inventory
Assisting in packaging and labeling (if required)
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in dairy or mithai (sweets) preparation
Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and quality control
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Reliable and punctual
