Role is to technically manage projects and guide as well help in the building of a highly capable team of design engineers, fit for improving existing designs and understanding and taking up any future technology. The existing team of designers need to be supported in gaining a higher level of technical expertise. Hence such team needs guidance to be technology driven and to work in a structured and methodological way to achieve highest standards. A full usage of modern frontloading technologies is expected.

Working within a Design & Analysis Management team consisting Design Manager, Chief Engineer & Chief Analyst, working together to provide technical & project leadership managing a technical team, ensuring quality standards are continued to be developed and
Knowledge of electrical hybrid integration and application is a bonus.
Understanding and experience in design methodology and frontloading
Proven record of work on gasoline and 2 wheeler engine
