Qualifications (Any One)
B.Sc. in AT & OT
B.Sc. in Allied Health Sciences
with relevant OT / Simulation Lab experience
Diploma in OT / Anaesthesia Technology
with
2-3 years' relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
demonstration classes
and assist faculty during skill-based training
Independently conduct
BLS training sessions
as per standard protocols
Operate and maintain
mannequins, task trainers, BLS/ACLS models
Coordinate
scheduling, setup, and smooth conduct
of simulation sessions
Handle basic
medical equipment, simulators, and AV systems
Troubleshoot routine technical issues related to simulators and audiovisual aids
Maintain lab readiness, inventory, and documentation
Skills & Competencies
Good communication and coordination skills
Comfortable interacting with faculty, students, and clinical teams
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, AV systems)
Willingness to learn and adapt to new simulation technologies
Team-oriented with a proactive approach
