Role: Business Development AssociateAs a Business Development Associate at Skill Sharp 365 Innovation, you will be responsible for driving growth, building relationships, and expanding our client base. You will work closely with the management team to identify new opportunities, promote our courses/programs, and help build long-term partnerships.This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, self-driven, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Outreach- Identify potential leads through online research, social platforms, networking events, and referrals.- Reach out to students, colleges, training partners, and corporate clients.- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.2. Sales & Conversion- Explain Skill Sharp 365 Innovation programs, benefits, and unique offerings to prospects.- Conduct product demos, counseling sessions, and follow-up calls.- Convert leads into enrollments and partnerships.3. Partnership Development- Establish collaboration with colleges, training institutes, coaching centers, and HR consultancies.- Develop B2B partnerships to expand Skill Sharp's reach.- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.4. Marketing & Brand Promotion- Work with the marketing team to promote campaigns, webinars, and workshops.- Assist in content creation for social media, email campaigns, and presentations.- Represent Skill Sharp 365 Innovation in online/offline events.5. Market Research- Analyze market trends, competitors, student needs, and industry expectations.- Provide insights and strategies to improve product offerings.6. Reporting & Coordination- Maintain daily and weekly reports of leads, conversions, and activities.- Coordinate with operations, academic, and marketing teams for smooth workflow.
