Review and tailor design curriculum according to needs of hearing-impaired students. 2. Use a variety of teaching methods and techniques. 3. Teach basics of design and methods to express arts. Teach various mediums to express ideas. Example graphite, dry medium like colour pencil, wet medium like acrylic. 4. Teach 2D and 3D representations of ideas 5. Use innovative visual methods for communication. 6. Provide one-on-one assistance to students. 7. Create a supportive and collaborative environment in classrooms. Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: 1. Has a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher in Arts, Design or related field. 2. Has strong understanding of design principles, techniques and software tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign 3. Has excellent communication skills 4.
