Edge Growth Factory

Location:

THE SPOT

Employment Type:

Full-Time | Senior Leadership Role

About the Company

Edge Growth Factory is a platform company built to design, operate, and scale industry-ready talent and execution ecosystems across Retail, Energy, and Healthcare.

As businesses and technology platforms scale rapidly, workforce readiness and real-world execution often lag behind. Edge Growth Factory exists to close that gap--by building environments where skills, systems, and live operations converge to produce measurable outcomes.

THE SPOT is Edge Growth Factory's flagship physical and operational platform. It is not a traditional training institute and not a standalone retail format. It is a live execution environment where:

Retail, service, and technology workflows operate daily Learners develop skills inside real systems, stores, and processes Industry partners actively shape talent pipelines and outcomes
Edge Growth Factory works in close alignment with MostEdge, a technology and services company operating large-scale platforms across retail operations, pricing, inventory, invoice management, surveillance, loyalty, analytics, and AI-driven decision systems. As these platforms expand, Edge Growth Factory ensures a continuous pipeline of execution-ready talent, trained in environments that mirror real business conditions.

While Retail (convenience stores, fuel retail, grocery, QSR, specialty retail) is a core focus, the Edge Growth Factory model is intentionally designed to extend into adjacent sectors such as Healthcare, where operational discipline, compliance, data accuracy, customer experience, and technology adoption require similar skill frameworks.

Edge Growth Factory operates on three foundational principles:

Skills must translate into outcomes

(employment, productivity, performance)

Programs must be commercially sustainable

, not grant-dependent

Models must be replicable

, not personality-driven
Edge Growth Factory is building a model designed to become a

national reference point

for outcome-driven skill ecosystems across Retail and Healthcare.
