of training partnership relationship management
Experience in training need assessment, training identification, training effectiveness (RoI) and large scale delivery (preferred)
Steer the skill development agenda by understanding learning needs for technical/ non-technical domains, demand planning, and designing appropriate interventions
Work closely with client HR stakeholders and business stakeholders to establish strategy & implementation plan to drive effective skill development outcomes
Identification of Training needs based on business requirements, role requirement and gaps
Maintains liaison with 3rd party training/ outsourcing partners for skill development interventions, Act as contract manager to manage external training partners for coverage, efficient delivery and contract renegotiation with the partners
Coordinate timely delivery of statutory trainings in partnership with Principal Employers' mandate and further maintain training calendar for MIS reporting
Monitor quality, service levels, effectiveness etc. and maintain/ assess associated documentation
Technical savvy with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MIS; ability to learn new software programs quickly
Good communications and leadership skills
