Role Summary
The Skill Centre Manager supervises the daily operations, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement of a vocational training centre. Will ensure mobilizing targeted student / beneficiary's for all planned batches under various collaborations. Deliver high-quality skill development programs, manage staff and trainers and maintain strong industry linkages to facilitate internship and employment opportunities for trainees.
Key Responsibilities
Batch Formation:
Achieve targeted student / beneficiary strength for all batches planned for skills training.
Centre Operations
: Manage infrastructure, scheduling, logistics, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Program Management
: Oversee curriculum implementation, monitor training quality, and ensure alignment with national skill frameworks.
Team Leadership
: Recruit, train, and supervise trainers and administrative staff.
Student Engagement
: Ensure targeted enrollment, counseling, and support services for trainees.
Industry Collaboration
: Build partnerships with local employers for internships, placements, and guest lectures.
Monitoring & Evaluation
: Track KPIs such as completion rates, placement statistics, and learner satisfaction.
Reporting
: Maintain records and submit periodic reports to funding partners or governing bodies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any stream with 5 years of experience in skills / vocational training or education management. Work experience with an NGO would be an added advantage. Should demonstrate passion for social work and working for the underprivileged.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
