Position:

Skating Coach

Responsibilities:

Coaching:

Develop and implement comprehensive skating training programs tailored to the individual needs and skill levels of athletes, from beginners to advanced.

Skill Development:

Teach essential skating techniques, including balance, coordination, speed, and agility.

Athlete Development:

Foster athletes' physical, mental, and emotional growth through personalized coaching and mentorship.

Safety:

Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes by following established safety protocols and providing appropriate supervision.

Competitions:

Prepare athletes for competitions by providing targeted training and guidance.

Team Building:

Promote a positive and supportive team environment among athletes.

Communication:

Maintain effective communication with athletes, parents, and the coaching staff.

Administrative Tasks:

Assist with administrative duties as needed, such as scheduling, equipment maintenance, and reporting.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a skating coach or a successful competitive skating background. Strong knowledge of skating techniques, rules, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with athletes of all ages and skill levels. Passion for skating and a commitment to developing young athletes.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
