Job Description

The Skating Coach is responsible for training students in skating, developing skills appropriate to their age and level, ensuring safety, and preparing students for inter-school and CBSE-level competitions.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct regular skating coaching sessions for students (beginner to advanced levels). Teach proper skating techniques, balance, speed control, and discipline. Ensure student safety during practice sessions and events. Identify and train talented students for competitions and sports meets. Prepare teams for inter-house, inter-school, district, state, and CBSE competitions. Maintain skating equipment and ensure proper use of safety gear. Coordinate with PE teachers and school management for schedules and events. Maintain attendance, progress records, and performance reports of students. Instill sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline among students.
