Organize practice drills, assessments, and performance evaluations.
Prepare students for inter-school, district-level, and state-level competitions.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and effective class management.
Ensure proper care and maintenance of skating equipment and rink area.
Coordinate with the Sports Department for schedules, events, and requirements.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Skating Coach or relevant sports training role.
Certification in skating coaching (preferred).
Ability to train children and adults with patience and clarity.
Strong communication and motivational skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and first-aid basics.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
