Job Description

Lead end-to-end

Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC)

projects across RCM functions such as

Front-End, Coding, Billing, AR, Denials, and Payment Posting

. Analyze

revenue leakage, denial trends, underpayments, and write-offs

to improve cash flow and collections. Drive

process improvements

to reduce

A/R days, denial rates, rework, and claim rejection percentages

. Perform

root cause analysis (RCA)

using Six Sigma tools (Fishbone, Pareto, FMEA, Control Charts). Standardize workflows and develop

SOPs, SLAs, and control plans

to ensure sustained performance. Work closely with

RCM Operations, Coding, Quality, Compliance, IT, and Client stakeholders

. Implement

automation, RPA, and system enhancements

in collaboration with IT and EMR/PMS teams. Conduct

process audits, quality reviews, and performance dashboards

Ensure compliance with

HIPAA, CMS, payer policies, and coding guidelines (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)

. Drive

continuous improvement culture

and change management across RCM operations.
