Job Summary

We are hiring a Site Manager to manage on-site installation and execution of interior projects. The role includes site readiness checking, installation team planning, coordination with factory/dispatch, and timely handover with good finishing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage installation schedule and manpower (installation teams + site carpentry) Verify site readiness before dispatch (painting/flooring/electrical/plumbing clearance) Coordinate daily with Dispatch/QC and Factory for delivery and kit readiness Supervise installation quality: alignment, leveling, finishing, snag closure Ensure work is completed as per installation drawings and notes Handle site issues, measurements check, and minor modifications Update daily site progress to GM/Operations Maintain discipline and safety at site
Requirements

Knowledge of modular furniture installation and finishing standards Ability to manage workers and handle customer/site coordination Driving license preferred
