About The Job:

• We are looking for a motivated and technically capable Sitecore Web Developer to join our Marketing team.
• In this role, you will contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise-level website and digital experiences built on the Sitecore Platform 9 .
• You will work alongside senior developers, and marketing teams to deliver scalable, personalized, and user-friendly web solutions.
• This position is ideal for a candidate with a foundation in .NET development and a passion for working and enhancing our content management systems (CMS), particularly Sitecore.
• You will receive mentorship and hands-on experience in Sitecore architecture, templating and digital marketing tools.

Essential Job Functions:
Development & Implementation

• Assist in building custom Sitecore components, templates, layouts, and placeholders.
• Support frontend development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Bootstrap or React.
• Implement Sitecore presentation layers using Razor views, rendering parameters, and Sitecore MVC.
• Contribute to content modeling and data templates to support content entry and flexibility.

Sitecore CMS Operations

• Help marketing teams manage and publish content using the Sitecore Experience Editor and Content Editor.
• Assist with applying Sitecore workflows, roles, and security as directed by the senior team.
• Participate in deployment processes, version control, and content migration tasks.

Integration & Troubleshooting

• Assist in integrating Sitecore with third-party systems such as CRMs, analytics platforms, and RESTful APIs.
• Debug and troubleshoot Sitecore issues (rendering errors, publishing failures, broken links, etc.).
• Provide basic support and documentation for content authors and internal users.

Learning & Development

• Stay up to date with Sitecore features, development best practices, and updates (especially 9.x-10.x).
• Learn and apply sitecore architecture principles to ensure code scalability and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning,as part of the development team.

Qualifications:

• EXP- 4 to 6 YOE
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong foundational knowledge of

MVC, C#, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript. * Strong experience working with Sitecore XP

• Familiarity with Visual Studio, Git, and debugging tools.
• Understanding of web accessibility, SEO basics, and responsive design.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with Sitecore 9 especially content modeling and presentation layers.
• Exposure to Sitecore SXA, Headless (JSS), or Helix architecture.
• Experience integrating or consuming RESTful APIs or working with third-party services (e.g., Salesforce marketing cloud, Google analytics etc).
• Basic understanding of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or containerized environments.
• Familiarity with personalization, analytics, or Sitecore xDB concepts.
