Job Summary

The Technical Lead role involves overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions using .Net Programming-C# .Net SiteCore and Sitecore - Core Development within the Banking domain. The candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts with no travel required. The role demands a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of software applications using .Net Programming-C# .Net to ensure robust and scalable solutions. Oversee the integration of SiteCore and Sitecore Core Development to enhance digital experiences and customer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development and project success. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain high-quality code and system performance. Conduct code reviews and testing to identify and resolve issues ensuring software reliability and security. Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing system performance and user experience. Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align technical solutions accordingly. Monitor industry trends and advancements to incorporate innovative technologies into the development process. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless project execution. Support the deployment and maintenance of applications to ensure continuous operation and user satisfaction. Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering impactful solutions that enhance the banking experience for customers. Qualifications Possess strong expertise in .Net Programming-C# .Net SiteCore and Sitecore Core Development. Demonstrate experience in the Retail Banking domain understanding its unique challenges and requirements. Have a proven track record of successful project delivery within a hybrid work model. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Show proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Display effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members. Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
