Conformity Criteria: o Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Sitecore Developer.


Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years with Sitecore XP/XM in headless mode (JSS).

Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years with designing content templates, components, and workflows.

Proven experience of at least 5 years with integrating Sitecore with REST APIs and external services.

Experience of at least 5 years with supporting headless front-ends (Next.js or equivalent frameworks).

Strong understanding of SEO, performance, and content governance in CMS-driven websites.

Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.

C1 level (or equivalent) proficiency in spoken and written English.

Designs and implements Sitecore templates, renderings, placeholders, and layouts correctly.

Applies Sitecore headless principles (JSS, Layout Service) consistently.

Ensures a stable and editor-friendly authoring experience.

Works closely with Next.js developers, Functional Analysts, and UX designers.

Description


The Sitecore Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Sitecore headless backend powering a Next.js website. The role focuses on content architecture, component configuration, integrations, and ensuring a stable, performant, and editor-friendly CMS environment that seamlessly integrates with front-end and backend services.


Tasks


Design and implement Sitecore headless solutions (JSS / Layout Service) to support a Next.js front-end.

Create and maintain content templates, components, placeholders, and renderings aligned with business requirements.

Configure workflows, personalization, and content governance within Sitecore.

Integrate Sitecore with REST APIs and backend services.

Ensure content models support performance, SEO, and authoring usability.

Support front-end teams by ensuring stable and predictable content delivery.

Troubleshoot and fix Sitecore-related defects across environments.

Support deployments, releases, and hypercare activities.

Maintain technical and functional documentation related to Sitecore configuration.
