Front end developer with Sitecore experience (JD):




Role description:


Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications using modern JS frameworks (Next, React, Angular, Vue).


Collaborate with Sitecore back-end developers and content authors to implement designs and integrate front-end components with Sitecore CMS.


Translate UX/UI wireframes and design mockups into functional, pixel-perfect interfaces.


Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.


Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG/ADA) and SEO best practices.


Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues in Sitecore-driven applications.


Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.


Required skills:


5+ years of professional front-end development experience.


Experience with Next.js, React SSR/SSG, or other headless frameworks.


Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.


Hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS (preferably Sitecore 9/10 or XM Cloud).


Familiarity with Sitecore SXA, JSS, or Headless development.


Solid understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs and front-end integration with CMS platforms.


Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.


Strong knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.


Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.




Good-to-have skills:


Familiarity with Azure, DevOps, or Sitecore Managed Cloud environments.


Understanding of SEO optimization within Sitecore.
