Role Overview:

We are seeking Site Visiting Executives

preferably from Malappuram District

with a minimum of 3 years of experience in site visits, project coordination, or sales

all over Kerala

. The ideal candidate will visit project sites, assess site conditions, and act as a vital link between clients and our project team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather technical details.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs.

- Provide accurate site information and updates to the project and sales teams.

- Prepare detailed site visit reports for management.

- Represent the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site visits, sales, or project coordination.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Familiarity with the Malappuram area and surrounding regions is an advantage.

- Ability to travel extensively within Kerala.

- Basic technical knowledge in construction or roofing solutions is preferred.
