Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using total stations, GPS, and other surveying equipment. Interpret and analyze survey data to prepare maps, reports, and legal documentation. Collaborate with engineering, design, and construction teams to provide accurate and timely survey data. Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys. Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations. Assist in resolving discrepancies between field data and design plans. Ensure compliance with local, state, and national surveying standards and regulations. Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software to process and analyze survey data.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in land or construction surveying. Proficient with surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Digital Level, etc.). Strong knowledge of survey methods, legal boundary concepts, and GIS mapping. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other surveying software. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage field teams effectively. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
