Maintaining all data of sites i.e Measurements, Material recco at site, JMRs, etc.
JMR and Billing of contractor.
Ensure all safety measures/ compliance adhered while executing project/s.
Close coordination with contractors for getting the work done in a timely manner with desired quality.
Ensure optimal usage of material at sites.
Upgrade knowledge of Civil Infra project on Execution, measurements, Vendor relation
Handle ROW issues at site.
Develop & maintain contacts with contractors and government authorities.
Ready to be on call 24*7
Participate in cross functional teams (as and when applicable)
Adhere to company & departmental polices & procedures like communication protocols, operational practices / procedures, Information security practices, attendance, procedures, etc
Maintain all records as per ISO standards
Adhere to all ISO policies & processes
Reporting to manager by publishing daily / weekly / monthly MIS
Ensure data confidentially, integrity & protection of company's property
Performs any other work assigned by the Management from time to time as per organizational priority
