Job Summary:

Vogue Interiors LLP

is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage and oversee our interior project sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of 2D/3D design interpretation, interior construction processes, and the ability to coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is done as per 2D and 3D design specifications. Coordinate with contractors, workers, and designers to maintain timelines and quality. Inspect ongoing work and ensure adherence to safety regulations and company standards. Supervise the installation of electrical systems, furniture, partitions, ceilings, flooring, etc Report daily, weekly, and monthly site progress to the Project Manager. Maintain site records including materials used, labor deployment, and deviations from the plan. Manage resources efficiently to prevent material/labor wastage. Enforce safety compliance and resolve on-site issues proactively. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and project team members.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. 1-3 years of experience in interior project site supervision. Strong knowledge of technical drawings and interior project components. Good command of English and Malayalam; strong reporting and coordination skills. Age: Up to 32 years. Valid driving license preferred.

Presentable and professional attitude. Strong time management and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with local building codes and interior fit-out practices in Kerala.
