We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction operations, manage workforce activities, and ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities and manpower.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for materials and timelines.
Ensure work is carried out as per design, quality, and safety standards.
Maintain daily site logs and work progress reports.
Ensure adherence to project schedules and safety protocols.
Report progress and challenges to the senior management regularly.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: B.Com / Any Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering
