We are looking for a motivated

Site Supervisor / Civil Engineer

to manage day-to-day construction site activities for our projects in Kannur. This role is ideal for candidates with

1+ year of hands-on site experience

who are eager to take on responsibility and grow with the company.

Project site in Kannur (On-site work)

Requirements

Education:

B.Tech (Civil Engineering)

or

Diploma (Civil Engineering)

Experience:

Minimum 1 year

of site supervision or construction experience

Other Requirements:

Two-wheeler + valid driving licence

Residing within

10-15 km

of Kannur (preferred)

Languages:

Malayalam, Hindi, and/or English (basic communication skills required)

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily site work Manage labor, subcontractors, and materials efficiently Ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality, and safety standards Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports Coordinate with project managers and resolve on-site issues promptly
